Have your say – customer experience survey now open
Published on 19 August 2026
Share feedback about your most recent experience with the City of Onkaparinga. Because good, bad or otherwise – the council wants to hear about it.
Part 3 of the ‘A better way’ community engagements is now open, and the City of Onkaparinga is asking about your interactions with council services so that it can understand what’s working and what’s not.
Click through to the Your Say Onkaparinga website and complete either a short survey, write your story, or post a comment or suggestion and tell the council about recent contact you had with them, including:
- What matters most to you when you interact with the council?
- Where have you experienced difficulties or frustration with council services?
- Which areas of customer service do you think the council should focus on improving first?
Feedback collected through the Your Say Onkaparinga website will be used to shape updates to the council’s Customer Experience Program and prioritise areas for improvement.
The council wants to make sure everyone receives consistent, respectful, helpful and fair service, and that information and processes are clear and easy to understand and navigate. This engagement is about improving how people experience council services. It’s not intended to resolve individual customer matters, or reconsider decisions that have already been made.
Legislative or regulatory requirements of council as set under the Local Government Act 1999 can’t be influenced, nor can budget decisions made through formal council processes.
Part 1 and part 2 of the better way engagements that are now closed, sought feedback on how the community wants to be involved in council decisions, and asked the preferences of community members in relation to receiving council news, information and updates.
Part 3, the customer experience survey, is open until 6 September. Comment where it counts and don’t miss the chance to have you say.
