Have your say on Noarlunga housing development

The state government wants your feedback on a draft master plan for a high-quality neighbourhood in Noarlunga Downs/Port Noarlunga.

Delivered in partnership between Renewal SA and the South Australian Housing Trust, the development will be located across two land parcels to the east and west of Lovelock Drive.

A draft master plan has been prepared by Renewal SA to guide the new development that will deliver more than 600 new homes, transforming 22 hectares of vacant land into a vibrant community. The plan includes a mix of dwelling types, affordable and community housing, and new public open space. Sustainability and a 5-star Greenstar Community rating are key goals.

There are two ways to have your say:

• by attending an in-person drop-in session being held at the Port Noarlunga Arts Centre on 27 July or 30 July. More information and booking details can be found on the Renewal SA engagement invitation.
• by providing feedback online at any time between 27 July and 18 August on Renewal SA's Noarlunga community engagement webpage.

Community feedback will help refine the master plan, ahead of further engagement later this year on a revised master plan.

Proposed land revocation Liguria Crescent Noarlunga Downs

The City of Onkaparinga has commenced a separate revocation process so that two parcels of council land can be transferred to Renewal SA for inclusion in the new Noarlunga Downs/Port Noarlunga neighbourhood.
