Sporty or not, the council wants your feedback

Whether you’re running laps, shooting hoops, swimming – or if sport simply isn’t your thing – the City of Onkaparinga wants to hear from you.

The council has teamed up with the Australian Government to pilot a local survey on sport and physical activity as part of a national initiative involving 7 councils across Australia.

This information will help the council to better understand participation levels, barriers and opportunities for our community.

The survey is confidential, takes just 10–15 minutes and is open to all ages. The council wants to hear from everyone – people who play sport, those who don’t, and those who aren’t currently active.

Access and complete the survey by Sunday 7 December at the council’s Your Say page.

Data will then be analysed before the survey outcomes are shared with the community in March 2026.
