In perfect harmony

Ever wanted to learn meditation techniques? How about seeing how your name is written in Arabic? Or perhaps you’d like to simply enjoy a free Moroccan lunch or kids activities or storytime with the kids?

All that and more is happening next week during Harmony Week (18–24 March) in Onkaparinga, with mostly free events and activities planned at local libraries, community centres and youth centres.

Some of the events require bookings, and with at least one event already sold out, you’re encouraged to act fast to snap up your spot!

Download the 2024 Harmony Week in Onkaparinga calendar  here, or peruse a list of events below for more information and booking links.

Harmony Week is an annual celebration that recognises our diversity and brings together Australians from all different backgrounds. It’s about inclusiveness, respect and a sense of belonging for everyone.

Harmony Week coincides with the United Nations' International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination on 21 March.
