The state government wants your say on proposed boundary change

The Office of the Surveyor-General is consulting with the community about a proposed change to part of the boundary between Seaford Meadows and Port Noarlunga South.

A section of the boundary between these suburbs currently cuts through vacant land where a large-scale residential housing development is planned, bound by Commercial and Jared Roads. The boundary also cuts through the Onkaparinga River Recreation Park.

The proposal seeks to create a more uniform boundary, and avoid potential confusion for the community and emergency services when trying to locate properties within the planned development.

Under the proposal, the vacant land and part of the Onkaparinga River Recreation Park would become part of Port Noarlunga South. No existing residences or addresses will be affected.

You can have your say on the proposal via the state government’s Your Say page, or by sending your feedback via email or mail (details below), before 5pm on Saturday 10 July 2021.
